NPS is used to get feedback from your customers about your product/service. But what about your employees?

eNPS is same as NPS in technical terms, but used in different aspect of your business. It’s used to see how much your employees are “liking” you and their roles/life inside it or their loyalty and their productivity.

While Salary is one of determining factors for lots of employees, there are other factors that they are seeking, factors like Culture, Recognition and Flexibility are important factors to think and take actions against.

“How likely are you to recommend us as a place for work to a friend or colleague?” is eNPS’s primary question that need to be answered on a scale of 0 to 10. Rest of the formula is same as NPS for Promoters, Neutrals & Detractors.
